ZRJ Wetting Machine of Traditional Chinese Medicine
The ZRJ wetting machine of traditional Chinese medicine is based on the following principle. Due to the best water vapor permeability, the low temperature vapor can rapidly penetrate through the medicinal materials which are placed in the vacuum chamber and then soften them quickly.
This is a new type mechanism which is designed for manufacturing and processing the Chinese traditional medicine. It makes use of national patented door which has good air tightness and brings about many conveniences for users. According to the criterion of steel pressure vessel, it is designed and manufactured. By using of this equipment, these medicinal materials will be penetrated quickly and completely and it not only ensures the medicinal properties of medicine to a large degree, but also enhances the quality of medicine. After this treatment, the medicinal materials are in low moisture content and will dry out quickly. In a word, this wetting equipment is widely used to wet Chinese traditional medicines and sterilize them.
