SG Circulating Water Sterilizing Equipment
This SG sterilizing equipment uses circulating water as its carrier to carry out the water-pouring sterilization for products. During the whole processes, the superheated water operates in a relatively sealing circulating system. Features and Advantages
1. The container or chamber of this water sterilizing equipment is designed, fabricated, and test strictly in accordance with the Steel Pressure Vessel.
2. The pneumatic sliding door is quite flexible and easy to operate.
3. To maintain the tightness of the door seal, with the adoption of the unique dove-tail inlay design, this instrument makes use of heat-resist silicone rubber gasket.
4. It makes use of microcomputer PLC system and DCS remote control and monitoring system.
Also, users can assess it via the touch screen.
5. With an elegant stainless steel decorative cover, it adopts the PID temperature control technology and accurate, real-time pressure tracking technology.
6. Thermal insulation can be achieved with polyurethane material and pearl rock wool.
7. To reduce the workload of users, the automatic pull-in and pull-out system will be provided according to their needs.
8. This equipment is compliant to the principle of GMP.
