DZG Series Multifunctional Chinese Medicine Sterilizer
The traditional sterilization equipment usually makes use of cobalt-60, ethylene oxide, alcohol, microwave, ozone, etc. to eliminate or kill all forms of microbial life such as fungi, bacteria, viruses, spore forms for Chinese herbal medicine. However, these methods are difficult to ensure the medicinal properties of medicine, easily generating the remains or residues as well as increasing the production costs. By experimenting, Steam is the most effective method for sterilizing traditional herbal medicine. Therefore, we developed this DZG series multifunctional Chinese medicine sterilizer which offers a horizontal rectangular shape. The cabinet can be fully utilized by means of intermittent steam sterilizing. In addition, in this cabinet, there is a special damp proofing device to effectively remove the lump phenomena of herbal powder resulted from traditional steam sterilization equipment.
